Cathy Movie Remakes

Howdy folks. I can't help but think Cathy would be great in remakes of some favorite films. I know JD already did some with Cathy which also got me thinking.

So here's a thread for movies that cathy should remake. They can be appropriate, funny, campy whatever. Just post it.

Here's one that comes to mind.

Gladiator

I just think she'd know how to swing a sword around with authority. and look good in sandals. That's all.

I'm assuming Cathy is Danny in Grease....Didn't Jill say she knew she was gay when she watched Sandy in Grease 2....So Jill could take that role. works for me

Cathy and Jill as Danny and Sandy.... nice!

West Side Story

Would cathy be a Shark or a Jet? I do think her and Natalie Wood would look good together.

Funny how you mention that - I wrote a musical 10 years ago that was essentially a lesbian West Side Story.

I love Urban Cowboy!!!! Bud and Sissy and that mean guy Wes Hightower. That would be a perfect remake. Here's some more thoughts

Wes Hightower...LOL played by Scott Glenn...it reminds me of a movie he was in that also would be good...Personal Best.

It's hard because Cathy's so tall that you picture her as taking the part of the male lead but I'm sure she'd be great as some of femine characters also.

I'm gonna clarify that this is the lesbo version of Steel Magnolias ...where Cathy and Lucia hang out, swat moths, and give hair cuts between vlogs. But weezer!!! That is hilarious...

I do like Tombstone. I think Sarah you're onto something with a western. Lucia could whip up an awesome holster...

Brokeback Mountain

I'd really wanna hear someone say "I can't quit you Cathy" LOL.

But joking aside... I did really like that film and glad heath ledger made a mark with that movie during his short life. the scenery was breathtaking too...

I watched Brokeback just the other day. The movie was based in Wyoming but they filmed it in B.C. I have the original New Yorker story by Annie Proulx, it was amazing.

movies...Charlie's Angels with Cathy and Jill Bennett... but I have no clue who should be the token blonde...isn't there always supposed to be a blonde one to lead the prison escape or boost a car with a nail file

No doubt, Cathy as Sabrina, Jill as Kelly and ..................whose the blond. Come on everybody, who plays the blond?
